This is my 9th grade picture from Dulaney High School in Maryland. I attended for only a few months before attending Sandalwood (ask me how I feel about that experience in person) and then Douglas Anderson School of the Arts where I majored in percussion.
I fell in love with science in about second grade when, at Pot Spring Elementary, we made models of the beach and simulated wave formations. Living hundreds of miles away from any beach at the time I was fascinated and want to share my continued fascinations with the world! My favorite topic is human anatomy and all the weird gross stuff that it does. If I could go back and change my college / career trajectory I would attend medical school and probably specialize in some sort of brain pathology (the science of the cause and effect of diseases).

This is my husband Henry. He is very ingenuitive; that's why I like him. Those are onions.
These are my daughters and they're just as normal as I am.
